• All phases of site prep operations - demo to final grade

• Ability to read plans, manage, and coodinate a job

• Understand scheduling and meeting deadlines

• Knowledge of different soil types and how to achieve densities and gradations

• Lime and cement stabilization

• Moisture conditioning soils
